Your mission is simple to say and hard to pull off: make Reach the defining voice in AI search and AI-era GTM. By the end of your first year, every CMO, Head of Growth, and founder serious about how buyers will find them in 2027 should know who we are and think of us first.


You'll own Reach's entire inbound engine and public presence. Narrative, voice, channels, cadence. You design the strategy, you produce the assets, you ship them, and you measure what's landing. You will help to turn me (Jose, CEO) into a recognized thought leader in the space, and turn Reach into the company the whole category can't stop talking about.

Your north star KPIs: inbound leads and pipeline influenced.

You work directly with me. I give you raw material (Granola transcripts, Looms, customer interviews, internal notes) and strategic context. You turn it into category-defining content across LinkedIn, blog, case studies, YouTube, webinars, PR, lead magnets, and nurture sequences.


This is a high-ownership, high-agency role with real equity upside.

We combine our platform, custom AI agents, and the top 1% of hands-on experts in organic growth (SEO & AEO) to help companies show up when buyers are researching and comparing solutions on Google and inside AI search engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity, and turn that visibility into pipeline and revenue.

We reached ~$700k ARR in the first 8 months, basically bootstrapped, growing fast, and targeting $5M ARR by the end of 2026. We've been doing this for companies like ColdIQ ($7M ARR, #1 Clay worldwide sales agency), Indie Campers ($140M+ ARR), Carro, Fidelidade, Fraudio, Noxus and others.

Jose Velez (CEO), was the solo founder & CEO of Rely.io, an internal developer portal used by top engineering orgs like ESPN Bet and Feedzai, and have launched AI products that reached #1 Product of the Day and #1 AI Product of the month on Product Hunt. He raised $3.6M from top-tier firms like J12 Ventures, Shilling Capital Partners, TechstarsNYC, and TheVentureCity, as well as from notable angels.

Jose Pedro Nunes (CTO) has a track record of building and scaling world class engineering orgs. at high growth tech companies. He was the former VP of Engineering at Unbabel and Head of Engineering at BeReal and Sky.

Bernardo Ferreira, (founding AI search strategist), also led the strategy behind more than 250M organic visits and €100M in revenue attributed to SEO at Worten (think Iberian Amazon) in 2024.



📍 Location

We care deeply about building together, in person. That's how we move fast, learn fast, and stay close to customers.

This role is in-person, in one of two hubs:

  • Lisbon. You work alongside the founding team, with regular travel to the US for events, customer meetings, and pipeline building.

  • New York City. You help build Reach's presence in the US market, with regular travel to Lisbon.


For exceptional candidates based elsewhere, we'll support relocation to either hub, including visa sponsorship where possible. Fully remote is not our default and we'd prefer to avoid it, but we'll discuss it case by case if the fit is undeniable.


Either way, expect to travel a lot.


The Role

North Star KPI: Qualified inbound pipeline generated per quarter (€).

You will own three things.

1. Narrative, ICP, and Messaging

You decide how Reach shows up in the world.

  • Define the narrative. What 3 to 5 ideas is Reach known for in AI search and AI-era GTM? What POV do we own that no one else does? You shape it with me, then drive it.

  • Own ICP and messaging across every touchpoint: LinkedIn, blog, website, case studies, sales collateral. Keep the story tight and consistent as we scale.

  • Plan content sprints around product launches, new case studies, major results, and category moments.

2. Inbound Engine

You ship content across every channel our ICP is paying attention to, in Reach's voice, mine and yours.

  • Own Reach's blog and website SEO/AEO. Practice what we preach.

  • Produce case studies end to end with me: interview, write, publish, promote.

  • Run webinars end to end: content, promo, attendance, follow-up.

  • Ship YouTube, podcast appearances, and PR as part of the rhythm.

  • Build lead magnets and nurture sequences that convert readers into qualified leads.

  • Build Jose's LinkedIn into a 50K+ follower magnet. Decide cadence, formats, themes. Write most of it. I review and ship.

  • Build Reach's company page as a second magnet, coordinated with Jose's personal brand

3. Distribution, Measurement, and Compounding

Strategy and production are worth nothing if they don't reach the right people and generate pipeline.

  • Manage the content calendar across every channel. Never miss a beat.

  • Repurpose winning content across formats. A LinkedIn post becomes a blog outline, a YouTube Short, and a podcast talking point.

  • Run LinkedIn promoted-post campaigns optimized for inbound meetings.

  • Build content libraries organized by topic so we stop reinventing the wheel.

  • Measure what matters: inbound leads, pipeline influenced, ICP engagement, follower growth of target accounts. Biweekly reports with numbers and clear next actions.




Signs you're a great fit…

  • Have 2-4+ years building a distinctive voice at scale (executive personal brand, founder brand, expert-led company page).

  • Have a portfolio you're proud of. Visible output (LinkedIn, YouTube, articles, campaigns, a portfolio) we can review before we talk. No portfolio, no interview.

  • Are an exceptional writer. You take a rough transcript and produce on-voice content readers can't distinguish from the source.

  • Have high proficiency with Claude. Daily use. Know Projects, Skills, custom styles, MCP servers. Non-negotiable.

  • Have strong opinions about content in 2026 and can defend them. You've moved past "post 5x a week, use these hooks."

  • Have built systems for content pipelines, not just one-off pieces.

  • Are comfortable using Canva or similar tools to produce graphics, thumbnails, and promo assets without needing a designer.

  • Have a working understanding of SEO and AI search. Core updates, backlinks, search intent, AEO.

  • Are comfortable in zero-to-one chaos. Organized, self-directed, ship weekly.
