A dedicated expert embedded with your team for CMS migrations, site redesigns, programmatic SEO, or custom AI workflows.
Built into the Reach OS: AI research software, internal agents and tools, and forward deployed experts working together to turn buyer demand into pipeline.
01 / Research
Mine buyer questions from sales calls, forums and reviews. Map search demand to the buyer journey and prioritize the opportunities closest to revenue.
02 / Agents & tools
Analyze what ranks and gets cited. Build the content roadmap, create pages and track visibility, traffic and pipeline in one weekly optimization loop.
03 / Forward deployed experts
Experts refine the strategy, review content and own execution alongside your team, from content and technical fixes to links, mentions and community engagement.
We work as an extension of your team in Slack, with transparent communication throughout. Here's the playbook.
Before Kickoff
We send you a brand discovery questionnaire: USPs, competitors, buyer personas, pain points, target markets, and the questions your buyers ask Google and AI.
Day 1
Dive into your positioning, buyer journey, ICP, product, and how your sales team wins deals. We set up all accesses (GSC, GA4, CMS).
Days 2-3
We encode your brand, positioning, ICP, and buyer language into the knowledge base that powers all strategy and execution.
Days 3-5
Full SEO audit: top keywords, organic overview, and pages per competitor, keyword gap analysis, authority scores, backlink profiles, etc.
Parallel
We set up reporting in the Reach OS using existing GA4, GSC and CRM data. We agree the setup scope with you; your team handles any backend changes, with our guidance.
Week 2
We mine 100K+ keywords, cluster them into topics, and map AI prompts to your buyer journey stages. Every search intent is cataloged.
Week 2
Full technical audit (crawlability, indexability, site structure) plus a complete AI search visibility audit: where you show up, and where you’re missing, across AI models.
Week 2
Prioritized roadmap of what to create, what to revamp, and what to target, mapped to buyer journey stages and pipeline impact.
End of Week 2
Present all findings. Share the search landscape. Align on roadmap direction and content priorities. Get your sign-off before we start executing.
Week 3
Existing content optimization: meta titles, descriptions, headings, AEO signals (FAQ sections, stats, citations, key takeaways). Immediate ranking improvements.
Weeks 3-4
Week 4
First outreach campaigns launched. Competitor backlink analysis, unlinked brand mentions, broken link opportunities, and guest posting targets identified.
Week 4
Target communities identified and tracked. First high-impact Reddit, Quora, and G2 engagements: posts that are already being cited in search and AI answers.
End of Week 4
Review first output. Calibrate quality and voice. Adjust roadmap and production cadence based on early signals and feedback.
Recurring every month
From here, it's a compounding system. We execute against the roadmap, monitor the right signals across visibility, engagement and conversion, and then feed those insights to calibrate the strategy and the output every week.
New pages + page revamps published to CMS
Third-party mention campaigns
AI prompt monitoring & adaptation
Community engagement (Reddit, G2, Quora)
Weekly roadmap updates based on results
Mention & link building campaigns
Workshops & SME interviews are scheduled throughout the engagement based on the content roadmap. When we need unique insights for specific topics, we set up focused sessions with your subject matter experts.
Every 3 months we run a full technical audit refresh + keyword research, prompt engineering, and content roadmap update to keep the strategy aligned with market shifts.
Core deliverables included in every engagement. Add-ons available to extend impact where it matters most.
We continuously store your product, positioning, ICP, buyer journey, brand voice, including what your sales team hears on calls and how you actually win deals. This data powers every phase of work, from research to execution.
Your best salesperson's knowledge, encoded into a system that scales.
A search strategy based on real buyer journey data.
We mine real buyer questions from sales calls, tickets, forums, and review sites to understand what your customers are actually searching for and find the messaging that already converts.
Then our AI analyzes this data to uncover high-intent opportunities. Experts refine the results into a winning search strategy.
For every target search, our AI reverse-engineers what’s winning on Google and AI: what ranks, what gets cited, and the gaps to capture, then enriches it with insights from your knowledge base.
Experts review everything before it ships.
A roadmap that evolves weekly based on real performance data.
Own the narrative
We find the highest-impact backlinks, mentions, and community threads influencing search and AI, then run the outreach and post in the communities for you. Volume depends on your package.
Hardcore Mode also includes a dedicated Reddit account, created and warmed up for your brand, and a branded subreddit that we manage.
SEO tools surface hundreds of issues, and most of them have no effect on results.
Each month, we audit your highest-priority pages and deliver a shortlist of the issues holding you back, across crawlability, indexation, speed, schema, and structure.
We coordinate fixes with your team or handle them as part of our page revamps.
We work best with companies that have ambitious growth targets and understand that showing up in search is a competitive advantage worth investing in.
You’ve moved past the early startup phase and are ready to invest in a system that compounds over time.
Your product works, customers love it, and now you need to reach more of them efficiently without burning cash on paid channels alone.
The demand is there and competitors are capturing it while your company stays invisible.
You know great content takes research, context, and careful execution, and you want it done properly.
You’re looking for a team that works alongside yours, cares about your outcomes, and owns the work end to end.
Still have questions?
01
Do you publish the pages directly to our CMS?
Yes. Publishing to your CMS using existing templates is included in Core Engine and Hardcore Mode. If your content plan needs new templates, we scope those separately as an add-on.
02
What counts as a "page created"?
Any net-new page or major page rewrite counts as one page (new structure, new copy, new search intent target). Smaller optimizations such as updating a meta title, adding internal links, or adding AEO signals like FAQ sections or statistics do not count against your monthly allocation. We do those as part of ongoing optimization.
03
What AI prompts do you track, and how?
We start by mining real buyer questions from your sales call transcripts, customer support tickets, forums like Reddit and Quora, review platforms, and competitor analysis. Then we combine that with hard search demand data and use our AI agents to analyze hundreds of thousands of keywords and prompts at scale, identifying the small set that actually drives pipeline. From there, we monitor how ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews respond to those prompts: whether you're being cited, how often, in what position, and what patterns drive recommendations for each model. This is how we find the 5% of searches and prompts that drive 80% of your results. Core Engine tracks 100 prompts and Hardcore Mode tracks 250.
04
How does mention building work? What's the guarantee?
For each $250 outreach batch, we contact 50 relevant targets (publications, directories, listicle authors). Our average conversion rate means we secure at least 1 mention per batch. If we over-perform, you don't pay more. The only additional cost is what the publisher may charge for placement, typically $0 to $350 depending on the site.
05
What's included in community engagement?
We identify the Reddit threads, Quora questions, and G2 discussions that are being cited by AI models and ranking in search results for your target keywords. We craft authentic, value-adding responses that naturally position your brand. Each engagement includes target identification, response writing, posting, and tracking. Hardcore Mode also includes a dedicated Reddit account that we create and warm up, plus a branded subreddit that we manage. Community engagement is handled separately from mention building because it relies on genuine participation in the thread.
06
How do the two packages differ?
Core Engine and Hardcore Mode run on the same OS with the same experts. They differ in content volume, link and community volume, prompt monitoring scope, and how often we meet.
07
Can I get more pages per month than what is included?
Yes. Additional pages are available as a one-time add-on at $2,000 per 5 pages. This is useful when you're running a sprint to hit ambitious growth targets or want to capture a time-sensitive market opportunity. Same quality, same system. We recommend what makes strategic sense for your goals. If you consistently need more, moving to Hardcore Mode often makes more economic sense.
08
Do you work with our internal SMEs?
Yes. We schedule workshops and focused SME interviews throughout the engagement, driven by the content roadmap. When a topic requires unique first-hand insights (technical depth, customer stories, product nuances), we set up a session with the right person on your team. That is what makes the content hard to replicate.
09
What's the minimum commitment?
3 months. Organic growth compounds, so it takes time to build the foundation and start seeing the flywheel. After 3 months it rolls into a month-to-month engagement with 30 days notice. Annual commitments save 10%.
10
Who from our team needs to be involved?
One point of contact who knows your product and buyer, usually a founder, head of marketing, or head of growth. Heavy involvement during week 1-2 (kickoff workshop, strategy alignment), then we handle execution with async reviews and regular syncs. SME interviews are scheduled as needed, typically 30-minute sessions.
11
Do you work with competitors in the same space?
We offer strict separation instead of category exclusivity. Competing accounts are run by entirely separate teams with different points of contact, and no insights, research, or data are shared between them. Everything we learn about your business stays confidential, contractually, during and after the engagement.
12
What access do you need from us?
Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Bing Webmaster Tools, and CMS access for publishing. We also join your Slack for daily communication and set up a shared Notion workspace to track all deliverables transparently.
13
How is this different from an agency or AI tools?
Agencies report on rankings and traffic, and it is hard to connect that to pipeline. AI tools give you dashboards, and someone on your team still has to interpret the data and execute. The Reach OS combines our AI research software, internal agents and tools, and forward deployed experts into one system that handles strategy, research, execution, and optimization end to end, and it compounds over time.
