You partner with me (Jose, CEO) to build the entire outbound engine, sales systems, and pipeline infrastructure from scratch, then scale it. We already close deals through founder-led sales. What we need is the operator who makes that repeatable, measurable, and 10x larger.

Your north star KPI: outbound pipeline generated and meeting-to-opportunity conversion rate.

You'll do this through targeted ABM campaigns, LinkedIn thought leadership, high-quality workshops about AEO and organic growth, content that educates the market, creating free tools and high quality linkable assets and by making Reach's own organic growth a case study.

You'll also work with some of the best GTM teams in the world as part of our customer delivery, which means you'll always be on the cutting edge of what's working.

This is a founding-level role with massive equity upside.

At Reach we're building the operating system to help companies monitor and control their visibility in AI search. We combine our platform, custom AI agents, and the top 1% of hands-on experts in organic growth (SEO & AEO) to help companies show up when buyers are researching and comparing solutions on Google and inside AI search engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity, and turn that visibility into pipeline and revenue.

We reached ~$700k ARR in the first 8 months, basically bootstrapped, growing fast, and targeting $5M ARR by the end of 2026. We've been doing this for companies like ColdIQ ($7M ARR, #1 Clay worldwide sales agency), Indie Campers ($140M+ ARR), Carro, Fidelidade, Fraudio, Noxus and others.

  • Helped ColdIQ generate $506k in ARR in the first 4 months of working together, with SEO and AI search becoming their #1 traffic source

  • Grew Indie Campers' organic revenue by 8.8% YoY and AI search revenue by 254% in 5 months

  • Got Carro recommended in competitive AI prompts like "best Mirakl alternative," consistently generating leads from AI recommendations.

Our founders have already a proven track record of building and scaling fast growing tech companies. Jose Velez (CEO), was the solo founder & CEO of Rely.io, an internal developer portal used by top engineering orgs like ESPN Bet and Feedzai, and have launched AI products that reached #1 Product of the Day and #1 AI Product of the month on Product Hunt. He raised $3.6M from top-tier firms like J12 Ventures, Shilling Capital Partners, TechstarsNYC, and TheVentureCity, as well as from notable angels.

Jose Pedro Nunes (CTO) has a track record of building and scaling world class engineering orgs. at high growth tech companies. He was the former VP of Engineering at Unbabel and Head of Engineering at BeReal and Sky.

Bernardo Ferreira, (founding AI search strategist), also led the strategy behind more than 250M organic visits and €100M in revenue attributed to SEO at Worten (think Iberian Amazon) in 2024.



📍 Location

We care deeply about building together, in person. That's how we move fast, learn fast, and stay close to customers.

This role is in-person, in one of two hubs:

  • Lisbon. You work alongside the founding team, with regular travel to the US for events, customer meetings, and pipeline building.

  • New York City. You help build Reach's presence in the US market, with regular travel to Lisbon.


For exceptional candidates based elsewhere, we'll support relocation to either hub, including visa sponsorship where possible. Fully remote is not our default and we'd prefer to avoid it, but we'll discuss it case by case if the fit is undeniable.


Either way, expect to travel a lot.


The Role

You own three things.

1. Outbound Engine

You build and run Reach's outbound machine from zero.

  • Design and run AI-native outbound that actually converts in 2026. Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, Apollo, Instantly, and the orchestration around them.

  • Run ABM campaigns on specific account lists. Build sequences that generate qualified meetings.

  • Own prospect research, enrichment, and signal detection at scale. Automate what should be automated.

  • Your primary metric is qualified meetings I take and confirm. Every outbound motion feeds that number.

2. Sales Systems and RevOps

You build the infrastructure that makes the funnel legible, measurable, and compounding.

  • Own CRM (Attio), pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Build the sales playbook with me. Qualification, proposals, follow-ups. Systematize what I do intuitively so it scales.

  • Track meeting-to-opportunity conversion. Kill what doesn't work. Double down on what converts.

  • Wire the stack together: outbound tools, CRM, and reporting all talking to each other.

3. Partnerships, Events, and Growth Loops

You build the channels that generate pipeline without cold outreach.

  • Build referral channels with agencies, consultants, and complementary tools in the Clay and broader GTM ecosystem.

  • Represent Reach at events and conferences, especially in the US. Source pipeline from in-person relationships.

  • Design and ship free tools, calculators, audits, and interactive assets our ICP actually uses. Engineering as marketing, compounding over time.

What you won't do: content strategy, brand, or inbound (the Growth Marketer owns that).

  • Astronomically high agency. No team required to get started. You do the work.

  • Strong opinions on B2B GTM. Can speak credibly to CMOs and Heads of Growth.

  • You think analytically. CRM, data, and reporting infrastructure don't scare you, they excite you.

  • You can vibe-code or prompt your way to automations, workflows, and internal tools without being a developer.

  • Scrappy in zero-to-one chaos. Ambiguity energizes you.

  • Fast learner. Curious about SEO and AI search even if they weren't your focus before.
