Join Reach as a Senior Growth Strategist (SEO & AEO Specialist).
You'll be the expert working with some of the best GTM teams in the world and turning SEO & AI search into their main growth channel. You'll own the strategy, research, and quality of execution for our organic growth engines across Google and AI search, and codifying the learnings from what is driving the most results back into our platform, so every new customer benefits from everything we are learning in real time.
This is not an agency account manager role. You're the person who does the deep thinking, builds the strategies and executes the work that actually moves the needle, and ensures every piece of work ships at the quality bar that makes customers say "this is the best team I've ever worked with".
About Reach
At Reach we're building building the operating system to help companies monitor and control their visibility in AI search. We combine our platform, custom AI agents, and the top 1% of hands-on experts in organic growth (SEO & AEO) to help companies show up when buyers are researching and comparing solutions on Google and inside AI search engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity, and turn that visibility into pipeline and revenue.
We reach ~$450k ARR in the first 6 months, basically bootstrapped, growing fast, and targeting $5M ARR by the end of 2026. We've been doing this for companies like ColdIQ ($7M ARR, #1 Clay worldwide sales agency), Indie Campers ($140M+ ARR), Carro, Fidelidade, Fraudio, Noxus and others.

The core team is in Lisbon, working out of our office with a focus on speed and collaboration. The best ideas happen at the whiteboard, not in a scheduled Zoom call.

You’ll work with the best GTM teams in the world. Our customers are companies like ColdIQ, Indie Campers, and Carro. You'll be their trusted advisor on organic growth and use those learnings to keep pushing what's possible.
Be the expert behind category-defining results. The case studies we're building are some of the most concrete breakdowns of AI search impact on pipeline anywhere in the market. You'll be the person making them happen.
Shape the methodology. We're not following a playbook from 2020. We're building the playbook for how SEO and AI search work together, in real-time, with real customers. Your insights will be codified into the product and the AI agents.

What You’ll Be Doing…
Strategy & Research
Own the end-to-end organic growth strategy for a portfolio of customers: from initial research and keyword/prompt analysis to roadmap creation and ongoing optimization.
Run deep buyer journey research: mine real buyer questions from forums, review platforms, sales call transcripts, and competitor analysis to find the searches that actually matter.
Analyze hundreds of thousands of keywords and prompts at scale using our AI tools and data sources (DataForSEO, Ahrefs, GSC, etc.) to identify the 5% of searches that drive 80% of outcomes.
Reverse-engineer what's winning on Google and in AI answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode) for every target search.
Execution & Quality
Create detailed content briefs, optimization plans, and action plans grounded in real data and competitive analysis.
Review and calibrate AI-generated content to ensure it meets the quality bar: on-brand, accurate, and structured to rank.
Own technical SEO recommendations: site architecture, internal linking, schema markup, page speed, and crawlability.
Build and maintain customer knowledge bases that power personalized strategy and AI agent execution.
Optimization & Results
Run tight optimization loops tied to business outcomes: track visibility, engagement, conversions, and pipeline signals, then double down on what works.
Conduct regular performance reviews with customers, translating data into clear insights and next steps.
Continuously monitor how AI models respond to target prompts and adapt strategies as models and search results evolve.
Knowledge & Product
Codify your expertise into scalable processes, templates, and playbooks that the team and AI agents can use.
Work closely with the engineering team to translate domain knowledge into agent capabilities.
Run continuous R&D on what drives AI citations, recommendations, and rankings.
This role is for you if you...
have 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results driving organic traffic and revenue for B2B/SaaS companies.
have personally built and executed SEO strategies that drove measurable pipeline and revenue, not just rankings.
understand both technical SEO (site architecture, crawlability, schema, Core Web Vitals) and content SEO (keyword research, content strategy, on-page optimization).
have a strong understanding of AI search optimization (AEO/GEO) or a deep curiosity and willingness to learn fast. You understand how LLMs work and what influences their recommendations.
are comfortable working with large datasets: analyzing thousands of keywords, running competitive analyses, and turning data into strategy.
are an excellent writer and communicator. You can explain a complex strategy to a CEO and also write a detailed content brief for a writer.
use AI tools extensively in your own workflow and see them as force multipliers for research and execution.
have experience working directly with customers as a trusted advisor, not just delivering reports.
Bonus points:
Experience with programmatic SEO or content at scale
Deep understanding of how LLMs select and cite sources (RAG, training data, web grounding)
Experience in the B2B SaaS or marketplace space
You've worked at a high-growth startup or a performance-driven agency
You've built processes or playbooks that scaled an SEO team's output
