📍 Location
This role is in-person in Lisbon or San Francisco.
Our goal is to build a high-collaboration, in-person culture. We are building our foundational team in two key hubs: Lisbon and San Francisco.
For candidates in Lisbon: This role will operate on a hybrid model (3 anchor days in the office per week). You will have the opportunity to relocate to our San Francisco hub in the future, or you can choose to remain a core part of the Lisbon team.
For candidates in San Francisco: This role is in-person. We believe the speed and creative energy of being in the same room is a massive competitive advantage for a founding team.

The Opportunity: Why This Role?
This is a chance to build a category-defining product from the ground up, with a clear signal from the market that they want this now → Launched last week, about to hit $50k revenue, 100+ product sign ups for early access, 400+ Linkedin DMs of people asking for access to the product.
You’ll get the chance to design and build the entire growth engine for a category-defining company from scratch.
This is a "zero to one" role for a builder, not a "ten to one hundred" role for a manager. You will own the entire customer journey, from first touch to closed deal.
Solving one of the most important problems in the market right now → Building the growth engine of the AI era for companies, starting with the hottest need in the market right now: helping brands show up in search engines and AI platforms
This isn't just another SEO tool; it's the core growth engine for the next generation of companies.
You will have a product that has a clear, urgent value proposition and a massive market. It’s a product that basically sells itself.
Build a small, elite, product-obsessed team. No bureaucracy, no middle management. Just shipping product.
What You’ll Be Doing
📌 As our Founding Head of Growth, you are a player-coach who leads from the front. You are a doer, not just a strategist. You will:
Close the feedback loop between the market and the product. You will own the customer's voice, and your insights will be a primary driver of our product strategy.
Personally run the first growth experiments, write the first emails, create the first landing pages, and close the first 100 customers.
Systematically identify and test new growth channels, ruthlessly prioritizing what works and killing what doesn't.
Document everything. Your goal is to turn your successful experiments into repeatable playbooks.
Own the growth model. You will live in our analytics and CRM, constantly analyzing data to find new opportunities.
